Comprehensive Solar PV
Target Audience:
Everyone who wants a flying start in solar photovoltaics:
• Government employees with a focus on renewable energy industry
• Municipal employees in the Electricity Units
• Non-electrician employees providing support to transform municipal electricity units to be ready to manage small-scale embedded generators (SSEGs)
• Employees of solar companies, both technical and sales, plus management level
• New small businesses in the Solar PV industry
• Newly-qualified electrical engineers, electricians and technicians
• Professionals looking for continuous training with minimum time expenditure
• Those already installing, and planning to go for an assessment to gain accreditation as a GreenCard issuer under SAPVIA PV GreenCard Programme (noting that assessment is not part of this training).
Description:
The Comprehensive Solar PV Training will provide learners with all necessary knowledge about Solar PV. The 5-day training covers all required themes. The lessons are delivered by Trainers who have practical experience, and will respond to all your technical questions satisfactorily. From the planning of the Solar PV installation project, installation, maintenance, management and promotion of projects. The electrotechnical basics and functionality of PV systems, size of the system and battery pack according to varying requirement of customers. The training further exposes learners to a full day of practical exposure, where as a team they are trained on how to install solar PVs and get to experience the functionality of the system. Most importantly, our experienced trainers will also share their knowledge of industry suppliers and manufacturers, the industry requirements and standards, which will give you confidence as a start-up business, or as a government/municipal employee who will be managing small-scale embedded generators (SSEGs).
